The Chll Factor Yogurt container must be fkept in the freezer for at least 4 hours before adding the ingredients

Ingredients

6 ounces plain full fat Greek Yogurt
¼ cup chopped frozen tart cherries
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste (may substitute with sweetener of your choice)

Directions

Pour all your ingredients into your prepared Chill Factor container
Squeeze for about 2 to 3 minutes

The only real prep you have to do is freeze the container at least four hours before making. You squeeze the container for about two minutes and viola’ fresh delicious and healthy frozen yogurt.

I have a secret crush for the Starbuck’s Tart Cherry Yogurt Parfait. It packs over 200 calories. I decided that I was going to try making my own version at home. I tested it out with my Chill Factor Frozen Yogurt Maker and it was absolutely delicious.

I may try making some homemade cherry compote and then topping my vanilla flavored yogurt with the cherry compote and then adding some granola on top.
