Fresh herbs and seasonings make these Herb Roasted Chicken Half Breasts taste out-of
Chicken is not as boring as you might think. Especially when you use Ground 2 Table Gourmet Flavor Kits.
Have you ever noticed that so many unusual meats are described as tasting like chicken. Could it be because chicken is described as plain?
All I know is that when I want chicken, I want the real deal not something that tastes like it.
Chicken pops up in our weekly repertoire because it so versatile.
This simple, yet gourmet tasting recipe is found right on the back of the Ground 2 Table Gourmet Flavor Kit. The chicken was juicy and delicious.
Hey, if you want, try this using a turkey breast. Thanksgiving can’t get any easier than that.

- 16 ounces chicken half breasts
- ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
- salt to taste (about ¼ teaspoon)
- 1 Ground 2 Table Chicken Gourmet Flavor Kit (includes a spice blend packet and fresh herbs, such as parsley, sage, thyme, and rosemary)
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Strip the fresh herbs from the stems and mince, set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the minced herbs, the complete contents of the spice packet, the salt and the olive oil. Mix well.
- Coat the chicken breasts with a small amount of oil. Rub the mixture evenly on the chicken.
- Bake in a 9 x 13 dish for out 40 minutes or until the juices run clear.
I was provided samples of Ground 2 Table Gourmet Flavor Kits to try. No other compensation was provided All opinions expressed here are completely my own.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
